The house can be found by driving through an attractive residential area and pleasant countryside (lots of grape vines).  The location of the apartment is peaceful but not isolated with a five minute drive to the beach.  Parking is available. The property is entered via external stairs to the first floor with lovely uninterrupted views of the mountains, countryside and fields of olive trees (directly in front of the apartment).  It is a really beautiful and peaceful location. The front door opens into an open plan reception room.  The kitchen area does not have any kitchen units fitted at the moment.  
Please do not be concerned by this - Should you decide to view/purchase the property, we can take you to see kitchens, tiles etc in your price range.  We can also arrange for a builder to fit the kitchen...and send you photos as the work progresses... From the reception room, double doors lead to a balcony with beautiful views of the sea, mountains and countryside.
The reception room leads into a small internal hall from which there is access to the bedrooms and shower room. The master bedroom is a good size with double glass doors leading to the balcony (shared with the reception room).  The single bedroom has beautiful views across the countryside to the mountains.  The shower room includes a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is in very good decorative order and just needs finishing with furniture and a kitchen. 
The views and location make this apartment very special!!
